    • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $299 within the USA.
    • Shipping Fee: For orders below $299, a flat shipping fee of $19.99 applies to orders within the USA.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply for international shipments, and the buyer is responsible for these additional fees.
    • International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping Timeframe:
    Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order ships, not when the order is placed.

  • Delays:
    While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing (for international shipments), or shipping carrier delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some restrictions depending on the destination. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you via email.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses within the USA. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid, physical location.

Packaging:

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please reach out to us immediately at support@homieessentials.com so we can assist you with the issue.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders):

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are determined by the local customs authority.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Homie Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any issues related to lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier or us immediately if you experience any problems with your delivery.


Return Shipping:
