Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@homieessentials.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  3. Ensure the item(s) is returned in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels (if applicable). Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process first and then place a new order on our website. We cannot hold or reserve items for exchange, so we recommend placing your new order as soon as possible to ensure availability.


Non-returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@homieessentials.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or a refund.


International Returns:

For international customers, please note that the return process is the same as for domestic orders. However, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
